1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Pre-budget scrutiny 2027-28 – evidence: The Committee will take evidence from— Gillian Martin, Cabinet Secretary for Climate Action and Rural Affairs, Phil Raines, Deputy Director, Domestic Climate Change, Helen Carter, Portfolio Finance Lead, and Sean Neill, Director, Energy and Climate Change, Scottish Government. 3. Pre-budget scrutiny 2027-28 – consideration of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence heard under agenda item 2. 4. Climate Action Committee Strategic Objectives for Session 7: The Committee will consider its approach to its strategic objectives for Session 7.
