Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will receive a briefing from SPICe. 5. Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 6. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a possible approach to the Bill.
