1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in private. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Education (Appeal Committee Procedures) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/144) Valuation (Proposals Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/146) Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/149) Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/152) 3. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Children (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 3 and Saving Provision) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/157 (C.14)) 4. Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill from— Graham Simpson, Member in charge of the Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill, and Catriona Lyle, Solicitor, Legal Services, Scottish Parliament. 5. UEFA European Championship (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Community Wealth Building (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 8. Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence from the Member-in-charge to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 9. Public Authorities (Fraud, Error and Recovery) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): the Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on UK Ministers in the Bill. 10. Framework legislation and Henry VIII powers: The Committee will consider any further steps it wishes to take in relation to guidance following its inquiry.
