Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Seed (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/146) Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/147) Sheriff (Removal from Office) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/148) 3. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Act 2023 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/145 (C.13)) 4. Document subject to parliamentary control: The Committee will consider the following— Proposed Revised Social Security Charter (SG/2024/96) 5. Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024.
