1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4,5 and 6 in private. 2. Scottish Budget 2023-24: The Committee will take evidence from— John Swinney MSP, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for COVID Recovery, Colin Cook, Director of Economic Development , Aidan Grisewood, Interim Director, Economic Strategy, and Richard Rollison, Director for International Trade and Investment, Scottish Government. 3. National Strategy for Economic Transformation: The Committee will take evidence from— John Swinney MSP, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for COVID Recovery, Colin Cook, Director of Economic Development , Aidan Grisewood, Interim Director, Economic Strategy, and Kathleen Swift, Head of Economic Directorate Finance Unit, Scottish Government. 4. Scottish Budget 2023-24: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. National Strategy for Economic Transformation: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 6. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary legislative consent memorandum lodged by John Swinney (LCM(S6)25a).
