1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. Disability employment gap: The Committee will take evidence from— Carmel McKeogh, Operations Director, DFN Project SEARCH; Charlie McMillan, Chief Executive, Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities; Joanna Panese, Practice and Community Development Lead, Scottish Autism; Alan Thornburrow, Chief Executive Officer, Salvesen Mindroom Centre. 3. Disability employment gap (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014: The Committee will consider a draft report. 5. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024.
