Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023-24: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Ruth Boyle, Policy and Parliamentary Manager, Close the Gap; Carolyn Currie, Chief Executive, Women’s Enterprise Scotland. 6. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023-24: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting. 7. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by John Swinney, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Covid Recovery (LCM(S6) 25).
