Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Continuing Care (Scotland) Amendment Order 2019 [draft] from— Maree Todd MSP, Minister for Children and Young People, David Hannigan, Team Leader, Looked After Children Unit, and Elizabeth Blair, Senior Principal Legal Officer, SGLD – Children, Families and Education Division, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: Maree Todd MSP, Minister for Children and Young People to move— S5M-15747—That the Education and Skills Committee recommends that the Continuing Care (Scotland) Amendment order 2019 [draft] be approved. 3. Scottish National Standardised Assessments inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from- John Swinney, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, Andrew Bruce, Deputy Director- Strategy and Performance, and David Leng, Professional Adviser Improvement, Scottish Government. 4. Review of evidence (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier as part of its inquiry.
