Children (Equal Protection from Assault) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 5. Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
