During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Declaration of interests: Tom Arthur will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda item 5 in private and at a future meeting, a draft report on the Trade Bill LCM (UK Parliament legislation). 3. Common UK Frameworks: Members will report back from a recent fact-finding visit to Brussels. 4. Pre-budget scrutiny 2019-20: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from— Caroline Gardner, Auditor General for Scotland; Helen Martin, Assistant General Secretary, STUC; Peter Reekie, Director of Investment, Scottish Futures Trust; Mari Tunby, Assistant Director of Policy, CBI Scotland; Jim Cuthbert, Independent Researcher; Jenny Stewart, Partner, Head of Infrastructure and Government, KPMG; Elaine Lorimer, Chief Executive, Revenue Scotland. 5. Committee Adviser: The Committee will consider a list of candidates for the post of adviser in relation to the constitutional aspects of its remit.
