1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4, 5 and 6 in private. 2. Local Government Fiscal Arrangements: The Committee will take evidence from— Andrew Burns, Member, Accounts Commission; Carol Calder, Audit Director, and Blyth Deans, Senior Manager, Audit Scotland; Bill Moyes, Chair, Accounts Commission; and then from— Martin Booth, Executive Director of Finance, Glasgow City Council and Chair, CIPFA Scotland Branch; Robert Emmott, Executive Director of Corporate Services, Dundee City Council; Kirsty Flanagan, Executive Director, Argyll and Bute Council and Chair, Local Government Directors of Finance Section. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Valuation (Proposals Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 4. Local Government Fiscal Arrangements: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Community Empowerment Act 2015: Community Planning Inquiry: The Committee will further consider its approach to the inquiry. 6. Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) Act 2022: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of Regulations under the Act.
