1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Land Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Michael Russell, Chair, Bob McIntosh, Tenant Farming Commissioner, Hamish Trench, Chief Executive, and Emma Cooper, Head of Land Rights & Responsibilities, Scottish Land Commission. 3. Land Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Land Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will further consider its approach to visits and community engagement on the Bill. 5. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating in a devolved area as set out in the following UK statutory instrument proposal— Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) Regulations 2024
