1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Post-legislative Scrutiny: Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002: The Committee will take evidence from- Daren Fitzhenry, Scottish Information Commissioner; Margaret Keyse, Head of Enforcement, Scottish Information Commissioner. 3. Consideration of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence received at agenda item 2. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its future approach to its scrutiny of the Auditor General for Scotland's reports on the 2016/17 audit of New College Lanarkshire; Scotland's Colleges 2018 and the 2017/18 audit of the Scottish Government Consolidated Accounts and to its post-legislative scrutiny of the biodiversity and biodiversity reporting duties.
