During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Declaration of interests: Fulton MacGregor will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda items 4, 5 and 6 in private. 3. NHS in Scotland 2023: The Committee will take evidence from— Caroline Lamb, Chief Executive of NHS Scotland and Director-General for Health and Social Care , Scottish Government; John Burns, Chief Operating Officer, NHS Scotland; Richard McCallum, Director of Health and Social Care Finance, Digital and Governance, Scottish Government. 4. NHS in Scotland 2023: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 3 and take further evidence from— Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland; Cornilius Chikwama, Audit Director, Leigh Johnston, Senior Manager, and Martin McLauchlan, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland. 5. NHS in Scotland 2023: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda items 3 and 4 and agree any further action it wishes to take. 6. Auditor General for Scotland's Work Programme April 2024 - March 2026: The Committee will consider the areas it wishes to include in its response to the draft work programme.
