During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Scottish Child Payment: The Committee will take evidence from— Professor Danny Dorling, Halford Mackinder Professor of Geography, University of Oxford; Tom Wernham, Research Economist, Institute for Fiscal Studies; Dr Juliet Stone, Research Fellow, Centre for Research in Social Policy, Loughborough University; Professor Ruth Patrick, Professor in Social Policy, and Professor Emma Tominey, Professor in Economics, University of York. 3. Scottish Child Payment: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024. 6. Subordinate legislation (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024.
