During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 2. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Space, and take evidence from— Colin Beattie, MSP, Convener of the proposed Cross-Party Group on Space, The Scottish Parliament. 3. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Space. 4. Correspondence: The Committee will consider correspondence it has received from Graeme Dey MSP. 5. Cross Party Group Annual Report: The Committee will consider an annual update on CPGs' compliance with the Code of Conduct. 6. Cross Party Groups: The Committee will discuss the CPG system. 7. Correspondence: The Committee will consider correspondence it has received from the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.
