1. Declaration of interests: Oliver Mundell MSP will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 3. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— George Adam, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Iain Hockenhull, Elections Bill Team Leader, and Angus Reid, Elections Policy Officer, Scottish Government; Lorraine Walkinshaw, Lawyer, and David Maclennan, Lawyer, Scottish Government Legal Directorate. 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Scottish Local Government Elections Amendment (Denmark) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/101) 5. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.
